Every shipment Dabin Group carries gets three references — any of them works in the tracker:
- AWB number — printed at the top of the label (e.g. AWB-XX-0000001).
- Shipment ID — what you see in your account (e.g. SHP-2025-000123).
- Internal reference — your own order number, if you supplied one at booking.
Open the Track page, paste any of the above, and you'll see the live status: collected → in transit → out for delivery → delivered. Every scan stamps the timeline with a time and location.
