Your name and contact details when you create an account, ask us a question, request a quote or place an order. Records of what you ordered, what you were billed and what you paid. Any messages you send us. If you sign in, the technical details needed to keep your session secure.
To do what you asked us to do β answer you, quote you, deliver to you, bill you β and to keep the financial records the law requires. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Only the people who have to: the staff of this business, and the services that carry out part of the job for us β a payment provider when you pay online, a courier when something is delivered to you, and the platform that hosts this site. Each sees only what that job needs.
Your account and contact details for as long as you have an account with us. Invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after you leave β but with your name and contact details removed, so they can no longer be traced back to you.
You can see everything we hold about you and download a copy, correct anything that is wrong, and ask us to delete your account. You can also object to how we use your information, or ask us to pause using it, by writing to . If you have an account with us, all of this is on the "What we hold about you" page in your account.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language choice. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.
