From the moment a shipment is booked:
- Pickup — courier collects from the sender's address.
- Sortation — the parcel reaches our hub and gets sorted by destination.
- In transit — it travels to the destination city.
- Out for delivery — the local courier is on the road. SMS goes out to the recipient.
- Delivered — proof of delivery captured (signature or photo) and uploaded.
If you're not home when the courier arrives, we'll attempt redelivery the next business day, or you can re-route to a collection point.
